The rate is $100 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours. We also have on optional amenities price list.

We require a nonrefundable $100 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance has to be paid five days prior to your event.
You will have access to C3 30 minutes prior to your event.
We have several catering partners we can recommend, depending on your needs.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food or outside catering company.
We do allow alcohol through a licensed vendor only. A copy of the liquor license from ABLE commission, as well as your insurance will be required two days prior to event.
Yes, C3 will provide the necessary tables, chairs and linens. We do not supply dishes or silverware.
C3 has a maximum capacity of 100 for a theatre style setup (chairs only).
For a classroom setup, we can hold up to 60 and for parties and events that require round tables and chairs, our space comfortably holds 80.
Yes, C3 has a top of the line Video/Audio system, including an interactive flat panel with touchscreen and whiteboard capabilities. You can use the built-in PC for presenting, streaming, screen sharing and searching, or connect to your personal computer via ClickShare or HDMI. We have two wireless microphones and a dual-camera perspective system.
